How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card payments through Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express networks. We also accept Paypal payments.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do. We consistently ship international orders. Please note, international buyers will be responsible for paying duties if it applies in their respective country.

Can I place a back order if an item is sold out?

This happens often, and many times we can produce it again. Please check with us, and if there is enough interest, we will produce it again.

Shipping

Is there expedited shipping options?

Yes, there are. We usually ship USPS First Class for all USA orders, however; other expedited options will be available to you during checkout.

Do you ship international orders?

Yes, we do. Our international orders typically arrive at their destination within 7 to 14 days (Canada, UK, Spain, France, Australia, Mexico) after the order is processed and shipped. However, we must inform you that it could also take several weeks.

Half of our orders are international, and 99.9% of our orders make it successfully to its international destinations. We cannot guarantee international shipment delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot make ourselves responsible if it leaves the country and doesn’t reach your International destination.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do for most products. However, home products cannot be returned.

We want you to be satisfied with our handmade products, and we strive to describe our items as much as detailed so you can picture how it will look and feel once you receive it.

Keep in mind that you can return your item within 30 days of the date of purchase as long as it is in brand-new, clean, unwashed, unworn and free of smell condition. We will be glad to give you store credit for the amount paid for the item. Shipping cost cannot be refunded.

How do I return a purchased item?

You can return your purchased item as long as it is is within 30 days of the date of purchase as long as it is in brand-new, clean, unwashed, unworn and free of smell condition.

Any shipping fees associated with returned or exchanged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. Please ship all returns via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation in a well-padded envelope or box.

Can I exchange a purchased item?

You can exchange your order within 30 days of the date of purchase as long as it is in brand-new, clean, unwashed, unworn and free of smell condition.

Please contact us with your order number so we can issue a new invoice. Take into consideration that you are responsible for any price difference and shipping of the new merchandise. If your new purchase total is lower, we will issue store credit for the difference amount. After you contact us, please return your items to:

Do you work with stockists?

Yes, we do. We work hard to make our products and create the Carvas experience people love. We always welcome new retailers. We do offer our products at wholesale and are very selective about who we work with. We just want to make sure our retailers’ shop is also in line with our brand sense.
